MARCO respects your right for privacy and all information gathered through your order is handled with the utmost care. We know that when you place your order with MARCO Promos, you are placing your trust in us and we want you to do so free of concern or risk. The personal data that we collect is used to process your order accurately and effectively. Periodically you may receive mail, e-mail or telephone calls from MARCO in order to update your account.
We've established extensive measures to protect your personal & credit card information provided online via our secured site. However, this policy does not apply to information we are required to disclose by law, or in cooperation with law enforcement agencies. Our site is secured through SSL (Secure Sockets Layer), the most powerful encryption technology available today. Every time you enter a secure site the URL will change from http to https. All order processing is done separate from the Internet, and therefore, eliminates any risk of unauthorized access to your order information. We will keep your credit card information on file for your future ordering convenience. We would like to remind you that all your credit card purchases are insured by your credit card company based on your rights under the Fair Credit Billing Act. As required by law your liability to the credit card issuer is limited to $50 in the extremely rare case of confirmed credit card fraud. As an example of our confidence in our security system, MARCO is willing to reimburse the $50 fee in the event that a customer used the credit card for a purchase on our website and resulting from that transaction was the victim of credit card fraud.

Please note that e-mail communication is not encrypted and therefore not a secure method of transmitting your credit card information.
If you engage with MARCO Promos, the data collected by MARCO Promos may include:
- A transcript of the conversation between you and the MARCO Promos agent on our website, mobile apps, and other media that they use to communicate with you via our Service(s),
- Information related to your browsing, purchasing and online behavior and activities, and
- Automatic information, such as IP address, operating system and type of device used.
If you elect to engage in any communication or engagement session, it is up to you to decide what, if any, information to provide during such session. Depending on your request, it may not be possible for us to address all of your questions without further information from you. How can I access, review, correct, delete, transfer, restrict, or receive a copy of my information or withdraw my consent to process my information?
MARCO Promos is committed to respecting the legal rights individuals have regarding their personal data.
In order to request access to or receive a copy of the personal data you’ve provided to MARCO Promos; review, correct, delete, or transfer any of the personal data you’ve provided to MARCO Promos; or to withdraw your consent to MARCO Promos processing your personal data on behalf of MARCO Promos. MARCO Promos has access to a variety of tools designed to support our ability to comply with the General Data Protection Regulation’s (“GDPR”) Right to Be Forgotten (or similar under other applicable data privacy laws) requirement and to respond to individual rights requests, including LivePerson’s Personal Data Deletion API. MARCO never rents or sells its email subscriber list!
If you are subscribed to our e-mail updates, but do not wish to receive them in the future, please follow the "unsubscribe" instructions contained in each e-mail.
From time to time, we may make your postal address available to carefully screened companies with offers that may be of interest to you. At no time does MARCO release your telephone number or email address to anyone.

Occassionally, you will see ads on Google's websites or on other sites within Google's display network for MARCO Promos. Your interests are associated with a cookie that's stored in your browser. To protect your privacy, no personally identifying information is collected or served without your permission. MARCO strives to maintain the highest security measures in our respective physical facilities to protect against the loss, misuse or alteration of information that we have collected from you for being part of our e-mail list.
