I've been working with my sales rep for several years now and I have to say he is the best customer service rep I have every worked with. When all of the bags I ordered for our annual meeting were mistakenly delivered to my home office (in Lebanon, PA); I called him in a panic, and without a moments' hesitation he asked if would be ok for him to come to my house, pick up the 500 tote bags and bring them back to his office for shipping! Incredible service. I wouldn't think of using another company."
