"I was stuck on the type of lanyard attachment [LY-05B 7/8" Satin Ribbon Lanyard with Split Ring] I wanted, and the customer service representative pointed out that there are several attachment options for this badge holder [HSE-9-C Data Card/Agenda Holder]. I didn't know that, and that information saved the day. Also, our lanyard design required a full-color print. I didn't know that there were only certain types of lanyards that would take a full-color print, but the customer service representative helped me find the one I needed. She sent out not one but two sets of complimentary lanyard samples to help me decide and seamlessly facilitated the referral to the art department for the imprint design. They turned out absolutely GREAT, exactly what I wanted. Way to go, MARCO!"
