I've been in customer service for 30 years hourly and management. I can easily recognize an employee that cares about their customers. Not just their ACCOUNTS, but they understand that THEY represent that company in the public's eye. We are usually the first point of contact and need to know the product or know how to find out. MARCO does a great job and supplies a great looking product. My customers comment all the time on the nice looking tote bags. "Wow, this is a nice bag!" "Can I buy one of these bags?"
