Shipping FAQs
QUESTION: Why do I see "TBD" as a shipping estimate for my order?
ANSWER: Before your order is put into production, an exact shipping cost will be provided for your approval. If you don't want to wait, call (1.888.676.2549) or chat with a member of our customer support team now and we will provide you with an immediate shipping quote.
There are multiple reasons why we might not be able to provide you with an accurate shipping estimate for your order online, including:
-
You are ordering ribbons.
Ribbons have a flat-rate $10.99 shipping cost no matter how many ribbons you buy! This shipping charge will be added to your order and included on your order acknowledgement for your approval prior to your order being shipped. -
You are ordering drinkware.
Many drinkware items (like mugs or tumblers) are heavy and depending on the quantity purchased they may have to be shipped in case lots. And, in some cases we will research shipping options to find the most effective method to meet your in-hands date! -
You are ordering samples.
99% of our samples are free of charge - AND all samples ship for free too! -
You are ordering heavy/large items (i.e. displays, awards, or chairs).
Some items are over-sized or have a very heavy weight. Depending on the quantity purchased they may have to be shipped in different configurations to provide you the most efficient shipping cost - while still meeting your in-hands date. -
You are ordering Plan Ahead & Save® items.
Some items on our website are noted as 'Plan Ahead & Save'. These are items that are generally purchased in very high quantities and produced in factories overseas that help us achieve the lowest costs for longer production runs. Because the origin of these shipments can vary - and depending on your required in-hands date - the lowest shipping cost will be determined by our team. Final costs will be confirmed on your order acknowledgement before any production begins. -
You are ordering a package, combo, or kit.
Items that are made up of multiple components (kits, combos, etc...) may have different packaging requirements that could impact the shipping cost. Final costs will be confirmed on your order acknowledgement before any production begins.
QUESTION: Can you ship my order using my UPS or FedEx account?
ANSWER: Yes! During checkout, simply select the shipping method that you want and provide your instructions and carrier account number in the "Order Instructions" section before completing your order.
If you have any questions during the ordering process, please call (1.888.676.2549) or chat with a member of our customer support team!
QUESTION: Can you ship to a location outside of the United States?
ANSWER: Yes, absolutely we can send orders internationally. We ask that international orders be pre-paid with a credit card. There will be a $10.00 foreign document fee. Also, we ask that you provide your UPS or FedEx shipper number. This ensures that all duties and taxes are paid via your account; which helps expedite your order through customs. We will do our best to ensure your in hands date is met. However, we are unable to guarantee an exact date due to customs processing.

QUESTION: Why is the shipping cost so expensive for my order?
ANSWER: There are many factors that can contribute to the cost of shipping your order. Generally, the heavier the item being shipped or the more boxes, the higher the shipping cost will be. Fragile items will require special packaging and additional materials to provide protection against damage while in transit and this will also increase the weight of your shipment.
Weight is not the only consideration in determining how much it will cost to get your promotional products to you. Some items like tote bags are not particularly heavy, but they are often packaged in large boxes that take up a lot of space on a truck. In this case, freight carriers like UPS and FedEx will determine the shipping cost based on the dimensions of the packaging (a.k.a. "Dimensional Weight"), measured in cubic inches which is calculated as length x width x height and converted into pounds by dividing that number by 166.
Other determining factors for the cost of shipping include how fast you want to receive your order, the shipping method required to meet your delivery needs, and potential insurance charges. Shipping costs are also based on whether your package will be shipped to a business or residential location and the distance between your delivery address and the location of origin (We have production facilities all over the US).
There are of course cheaper shipping methods other than using UPS or FedEx...for example, the USPS. However, these other methods are not always trackable and rarely provide any kind of delivery guarantee.
We work very hard to negotiate the best shipping rates and we pass those savings on to you with the desired result to get your promotional items to you as fast and as inexpensively as possible.
If at any time you have any questions about the shipping costs added to your order, please call (1.888.676.2549) or chat with a member of our customer support team and we will check to see if there are any options available to meet your delivery needs and save you money!
