Earth Day is an annual event, celebrated on April 22nd since 1970 to raise awareness and support for environmental protection. With the addition of government legislation such as the Clean Air Act, Clean Water Act, and other environmental laws, people are becoming more environmentally conscience year after year. According to the Earth Day Network, over 1 billion people actively participate in Earth Day activities each year, making it the largest civic observance in the world.
With people around the globe partaking in Earth Day activities; it is a great opportunity for your company to encourage and promote the “reduce, reuse, and recycle” philosophy. There are numerous ways to engage your customers or clients in Earth Day activities and get your company involved in the eco-friendly buzz. Check out these 5 eco-friendly products to hand-out and give your brand a “green” boost.
