Trade Shows of the Future: Staying Safe Post-COVID-19

As American businesses create strategies to safely reopen their stores, predicted changes in consumer behavior are leading the charge in what retail shopping will look like post-COVID-19. It won’t be surprising to see consumers practicing the “look, don’t touch” shopping method, or trying to maintain personal space. A recent report by CNBC stated that consumers will be looking to buy from brands sensitive to both the COVID-19 crisis and the health and wellbeing of the consumer. The companies that make consumers feel confident about their decisions will have an opportunity to gain new consumer loyalty.
