"I am very pleased with my order! My rep really helped us out. We had lost a very special person on our local volunteer Fire Department and a group of us were going out to honor him at a Memorial. On Wednesday late afternoon, a few days prior to this we came up with the button idea. I called to see if it was even possible to get something put together and to us by Saturday of that same week. He called me first thing Thursday morning and said yes. We had everything to him by noon and it was sent overnight on Friday to the hotel we were all staying at for Saturday delivery.
