COVID Gifts: Our Top 4 COVID Gift Ideas for Employees

Giving gifts during COVID can help boost morale and show your employees that their hard work and adaptability during the pandemic has not gone unnoticed. Whether your gift-giving is spurred by the holidays, your organization’s anniversary for years in business or you simply want to show your employees how much you appreciate their efforts throughout the COVID-19 pandemic, COVID gifts can give employees a much-needed boost.

Take time to show your employees how much you care by giving them gifts during COVID, either in the office or sent to employees’ homes for your remote workforce.

4 COVID Gift Ideas for Employees

There are many ways to use COVID gifts to show your employees how much you appreciate their efforts. From work-from-home gifts to holiday giving and employee appreciation gifts, check out our list of top gifts to give during a pandemic.

• Work from home survival kit. Transitioning to working from home takes time and may include a variety of potential barriers. For some, a lack of a dedicated space outside the main living area is the biggest barrier. Put together a custom promo pack to give your employees a WFH survival kit to help set your employees up for success. Items to add to your survival kit include ear plugs, web cam covers, snacks, desktop cleaners, etc.

• Noise-canceling headphones. Whether it’s family or roommates who are also working or learning from home or pets who are on high-alert for delivery drivers, consider giving employees noise-canceling headphones with microphone or the MyWorld Wireless Headphones.

2. Gifts for employee appreciation: Your employees are the life of your organization—they keep your doors open, your customers happy and they have a lot on their plates, especially during a pandemic! These COVID gifts are a great way to say, ‘thank you!’ for the effort they’ve put into making your organization successful.

• Mug. Whether they use them for coffee, tea, hot cocoa or for organizing their writing utensils, mugs are a great way for employers to show their appreciation and employees to display their workplace pride prominently. Popular mug options include the ceramic mug with wood lid/coaster, a mug with spoon or the eco travel tumbler mug.

3. Holiday gifts for employees during COVID: The holiday season likely means increased personal responsibilities for your employees, and it may also mean a busier time at work, too, depending on your industry and services or products. Give your employees a holiday gift to show how much you appreciate their efforts during this busy time, or as a reflection of their hard work throughout the year.

• Screen cleaners. With many screens to keep clean, a screen cleaner can help your employees keep their devices looking fresh. Choose from the phone sanitizer spray with microfiber screen cleaner, the monitor and keyboard cleaner combo or the web cam privacy cover that doubles as a screen cleaner.

4. Gift ideas for employees on a budget. Maybe you want to show your appreciation to employees with a COVID gift, but you don’t have a lot of money to work with. We have a variety of options to fit any budget.

• Water bottles. Keep your staff hydrated with a 20-ounce bike bottle, a copper vacuum insulated bottle with a brush or a collapsible silicone bottle.

By giving thoughtful COVID gifts to the people who keep you in business—your employees—you help strengthen employer-employee relationships. When you select the right branded COVID gifts for employees, you earn favor in their eyes, as well as increase brand awareness.
