Girl Scouts of Central Maryland (GSCM) was established in 1962 in Baltimore, MD and serves more than 25,000 girls in 2,000 troops with the help of nearly 10,000 dedicated and committed adult volunteers. The Girl Scouts program builds girls of courage, confidence and character who make the world a better place. GSCM helps to ensure that all girls - regardless of ability, ethnicity, income or circumstance-have the opportunity to participate and therefore develop leadership skills that allow them to make a difference in their schools, communities and the world.

GSCM operates overnight resident camps and in-school programs for inner city underserved girls. With the target population of girls in kindergarten through 12th grade, their goals are to empower a culturally diverse population of girls through engagement in a Girl Scout pathway. They also hope to increase the reach of GSCM-s programs and unique experiences by enrolling an increased number of girls, as well as find and recruit, screen and orient new and existing adult volunteers, who are guided and trained to mentor a culturally diverse Girl Scout population. The American Veteran is one of our nation's greatest treasures - the men and women who answer our nation's call at its greatest time of need. Based on recent statistics, we are losing World War II Veterans at the rate of approximately 492 per day. This means there are approximately only 855,070 Veterans remaining of the 16 million who served our nation in World War II.

At Honor Flight Houston, in Houston, TX, their mission is to thank and pay tribute to these heroes - especially our World War II Veterans, by taking them to Washington, D.C. for two days of honor and remembrance at NO COST to them. They will have the chance to visit those memorials dedicated to honor their service and sacrifices.

Top priority is given to America's most senior heroes - survivors of World War II in the East Texas Region and any veteran with a terminal illness who wishes to visit THEIR memorial. The program is accepting applications from Veterans who served during the Korean War and Vietnam War and has received the Korean/Viet Nam Service medal and resides in the greater Houston Area.

Idaho Rural Water Association (IRWA) of Boise ID, is a non-profit organization originally formed in 1987 to provide training and technical assistance to water and wastewater systems in Idaho with populations under 10,000. The non-profit corporation is currently comprised of over 350 water and wastewater systems in Idaho. Those 350 systems elect a seven member board of directors of professionals from the member systems that volunteer their time to govern the Association.

IRWA's Mission is to provide technical assistance, training and a strong representative voice for the benefit of Idaho's water and wastewater systems. The services provided by IRWA are critical to continue to maintain compliance with stringent rules and regulations designed to protect the state's drinking water.

Moving Traditions, based out of Jenkintown, PA, is a nationally recognized pioneer in Jewish education. Through work with almost 400 partner institutions across North America, Moving Traditions educational programs Rosh Hodesh: It's a Girl Thing! and Shevet Achim: The Brotherhood, they have trained over 1,200 educators and impacted the lives of more than 15,000 teens.
