The program's support system includes case managers, foster care specialists, an independent living specialist and a family strengthening specialist. The URM program works closely with the foster families to provide long-term support and to encourage growth toward independence in their new country.

Hands 4 Hope LA is a free after school program serving kids & teens ages 8-18 from low income single parent families. This organization was created in order to help parents who would otherwise be forced to leave their children unattended and unsupervised afterschool. They provide academic assistance, college prep, enrichment classes in health and wellness, performing arts, as well as academic summer camp and parent resource fairs. This year they celebrate 18 years of service.
