The Climbing Association Southern Arizona (CASA) is a home for rock climbers, but their stewardship ethics and initiatives reach beyond climbers to all who enjoy the outdoors. Founded in 2014, CASA has left a positive footprint on their local community. CASA routinely conducts erosion control on Mt. Lemmon trails, removes graffiti at Windy Point, and facilitates Mt. Missouri Search and Rescue K9 is a volunteer organization of nationally certified search and rescue dog handlers that help bring closure to families of lost or missing persons. Their K9's consist of cadaver dogs, area live find search dogs and trailing dogs, in which dog/handler teams and support personnel are maintained to high training standards. They are on call 24/7 and respond at the request of law enforcement, fire departments, or emergency response agencies. They service Missouri state-wide along with neighboring states.
